Eligibility Window

Within 14 calendar days from the documented timestamp of successful carrier delivery.

Condition Requirement

Items must remain completely unactivated, unused, unopened, and safely locked inside their original factory-sealed protective packaging matrix.

Audit Processing Fee

All approved returns are subject to a mandatory 15% hardware integrity audit and restock allocation fee to offset quality assurance testing protocols.

Absolute Finality

Promotional allocations, custom profile configurations, and limited custom production batch revisions are categorically non-returnable.


03 // Initiating a Dispatch Revision

If your package infrastructure arrives physically compromised or demonstrates immediate functional deficits out of the box, flag it instantly within our network:

  1. Contact System Support Dispatch immediately via your authorized customer dashboard profile or initialize a direct secure support ticket.
  2. Transmit your unique Order Reference ID alongside comprehensive, high-resolution photographic or video logs mapping out the explicit hardware compromise.
  3. Upon verification clearance, an official Return Authorization Node and specific logistics shipping coordinates will be pushed to your account. Non-authorized freight arrivals will be automatically rejected at our terminal gates.
